Hello youth and advisors! We are getting ready for another BC con!

This conference will be held at UCV on Nov 22-24. Lots to do before then!

All staff roles require a substantial time commitment, even the ones with limited pre-con responsibilities. We need everyone to commit to meetings starting in August, and probably an hour a week of work, ramping up as we get closer to the conference.

The roles will be almost identical to the CanUUdle staff system, with the exception that we won't do a ton of online components:
Co-Deans (2 youth)
Tech Wizard (1-2 youth)
Activities Coordinators (1-2 youth)
Advisor’s Advisor (1 adult)
Peer Chaplains (1 youth and 1 adult)
Community Captain (1 youth)
Social Media Coordinator (1 youth)
Chalice Circle Coordinator (1 youth)
Worship Coordinators (2 youth)
