VanU is always looking for new volunteers to join our Religious Education team. These roles are rewarding, fun, and important to our community. Volunteers always work in pairs and all have police record checks on file. Are you interested in joining us?

Our philosophy is to provide a structured but free-wheeling time for children and youth to learn about care, covenant, and community. We do this through play and togetherness. Our aim is to be a safe space for all children and youth, which means we're very intentional about selecting, training, and suppporting those who volunteer with us.

What is your experience with Unitarian Universalism (eg, how long have you attended a congregation, have you lead RE before, have you completed any RE programs yourself)?

Are you comfortable leading or co-leading? How many times a month are you available? Our preference is for volunteers who are available at least twice a month.
